Helpful hints about leaving information online:
-
Only leave a phone number that is safe for you to receive calls!
-
Please try to answer the phone when we call. We do not have a phone number for you to call us back.
-
Please, please do NOT include any social security numbers, or dates of birth. No financial information, no account numbers... please never leave any information that you would not consider public information!
-
There are many factors that go into a decision about whether or not Legal Aid can give you legal advice or represent you in court. We will have to ask questions about your household, your income and the income of others in your household, the types of problems you are having and the name of other people involved in your case.
-
Only leave brief information about your problem.
