The Legal Hotline for Texans provides pension counseling assistance to individuals, regardless of age or income:

1) who reside in Oklahoma, New Mexico, or Texas;
2) who worked in Oklahoma, New Mexico, or Texas; or
3) whose plan sponsor, plan administrator or trustees are present within Oklahoma, New Mexico, or Texas.
Pension counseling is provided to workers, retirees and their spouses and survivors covered by private sector plans, such as pre-ERISA plans, ERISA plans, qualified retirement plans not covered by ERISA, state and local government plans such as plans covered by the Texas State Pension Review Board, federal government plans, and other pension plans.

PICAPS' goal is recovering pension and other retirement income benefits.

The Legal Hotline for Texans and the PICAPS program are operating projects of the Texas Legal Services Center, Austin, Texas.
